I purchase every year from Hessells. This year after over $100 the 2nd time, many of my plants died within 1week. I called & spoke to Karen. I explained everything I did to help & she said bring them in or take pics of ones I threw out (after 4 days) I went in with plants/photos. A man approached and asked what was I doing with them. I informed him I spoke with Karen. Right away he said in front of customers & employees I did not water them! I was shocked & asked to see Karen. He said again I never watered them and Karen was gone but he’s the owner. After a 3rd accusation, I got angry at his smirk and behavior. I asked him if he was accusing me of not watering; his response (with a smirk to signify I was lying) was that he “gets customers in like me all the time” but didn’t back down from his accusations. I was so embarrassed I couldn’t believe he is an OWNER. I started shouting back that he can keep his plants as I will never return there. I’ve never been accused or treated like that anywhere!

Never got in I had my dog with me and they announced no dogs. I don't need to shop here. I've been in Ray Wiggins, great flowers, and Bordines, who also have great flowers. I certainly don't care about this greenhouse!

I've never been here but received a coupon in the mail so I decided to try them out. It's springtime in Michigan so, I like many other Michiganders, can not wait to plant flowers and vegetables. I really wanted some hanging flower baskets. They had a wide selection of hanging baskets are varying price levels. I love how they have signage with helpful information such as the pricing for the baskets based on color of the tag or warning us not to plant outside too soon as frost is still an option. I was surprised how large this place was as when you see it off of 23 mile road it doesn't look that big. There were several different rooms all stacked with gorgeous flowers, plants or vegetables to plant. I also noticed this place is spick and span clean. There were plenty of carts/baskets to roll through and put your flowers in. I ended up buying one potted flower, a hanging basket, a potted assortment for the porch and a bag of some basic garden soil. My bill came to $100 (I bought the big combo flower arrangements) ; I was able to use a $10 off coupon bringing my total to an easy $90.00 I will be back.
